本文报道由入胃腺癌细胞株SGC-7901中提取碱性磷酸酶,经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电冰、等电聚焦、抑制试验、热稳定性试验和细胞化学方法证实,胃腺癌细胞表达的是碱性磷酸酶胎盘样同工酶,为探讨胃癌的基因表达和临床诊断胃癌的研究提供了基础。
This article reported that alkaline phosphatase was extracted from gastric adenocarcinoma cell line SGC-7901, electroporated on polyacrylamide gel, isoelectric focusing, inhibition assay, thermostability test, and cytochemistry confirmed that gastric adenocarcinoma cells expressed Alkaline phosphatase placenta-like isozyme provides a basis for the study of gene expression of gastric cancer and clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer.
