采用浓HNO_3对碳纤维(CF)进行了表面改性,通过电化学沉积法分别在浓HNO_3改性前后的CF表面制备了羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层.分别采用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对涂层微观组织和物相组成进行了表征.研究表明:CF表面的电沉积产物为HA;经浓HNO_3改性后,CF表面HA涂层的沉积量明显增加,且形貌更加均匀致密;随着沉积电流的增加,涂层的沉积量先增加后减小,当电流为5 m A时,沉积量达到最大,约为2.7 mg,且涂层形貌由针状逐渐变为棒状;随着沉积时间的增加,涂层的沉积量逐渐增加,当沉积时间为2 h时,沉积量达到最大值3.6 mg.
The surface of carbon fiber (CF) was modified by concentrated HNO_3, and the hydroxyapatite (HA) coating was prepared on the CF surface before and after the concentrated HNO_3 modification by electrochemical deposition method.Electron microscopy (SEM) The microstructure and phase composition of the coating were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the electrodeposited product of CF was HA. The deposition of HA coating on the surface of CF was significantly increased after the HNO_3 modification. And the morphology is more uniform and compact. With the increase of deposition current, the deposition amount of the coating first increases and then decreases. When the current is 5 m A, the deposition amount reaches the maximum, about 2.7 mg, The shape of the coating gradually changed into a rod shape. With the deposition time increasing, the coating deposition increased gradually. When the deposition time was 2 h, the deposition reached the maximum of 3.6 mg.
