没有赏识就没有教育。班主任如果没有学会赏识自己的学生,就不能走进学生的心灵,那就更谈不上教育好学生了。“赏识教育”可以帮助失败者找回自信和发展,重建精神世界的大厦,找回自我教育的能力。对学生进行赏识教育,可以使他们树立自信心,形成良好习惯,激发学生创新,建立良好的师生关系,转化后进生,增强班集体的凝聚力。
Without appreciation, there is no education.
