关于怎样做氢氧化铁胶体电泳实验的知识是不难从有关资料中查到的。但是,要得心应手地做好这个实验,还有一些值得探讨的问题。这里把个人的做法和体会写出来,供参考。一、实验的具体做法:在250ml 烧杯中盛50ml 蒸馏水(或普通自来水)加热至沸腾,向沸水中滴加2~4滴潮解后的氯化铁溶液,一边加一边振荡烧杯中的液体,并趁热加入4克尿素(或4克蒸糖)以增加溶胶的比重。制得的溶胶应是深红色澄清而透明的液体,
The knowledge of how to make ferric hydroxide gel electrophoresis experiments is not difficult to find from relevant data. However, there are a number of issues that are worth exploring. Here is a personal approach and experience written for reference. First, the experimental specific practices: in a 250ml beaker, hold 50ml of distilled water (or ordinary tap water) heated to boiling, add 2 to 4 drops of deliquesced ferric chloride solution to the boiling water, while shaking the beaker of liquid, and 4 grams of urea (or 4 grams of steamed sugar) was added while hot to increase the specific gravity of the sol. The resulting sol should be a deep red, clear, transparent liquid.
