随着社会主义市场经济的发展,全球化的经济格局已经形成。作为企业中负责对经济信息深入了解和重点处理的财会部门,其工作人员的选拔和任用是取得良好工作效益的重要基础。ERP系统从战略思维上为企业管理层提供了清晰明确和实时有效的财会信息,已经成为企业在新时期下开拓发展的新导向。根据高职院校情境化教学体系设计的高职财会专业《ERP应用》课堂教学现状,结合ERP环境下企业对财会人员的需求特征,对高职财会人才职业能力培养加以探究。
With the development of the socialist market economy, the economic pattern of globalization has been formed. As an accounting department responsible for in-depth understanding and key treatment of economic information in an enterprise, the selection and appointment of its staff is an important foundation for achieving good work efficiency. ERP system provides clear and real-time effective accounting information for the management of the enterprise from the strategic thinking, which has become a new guideline for enterprises to develop and develop under a new period. According to the status quo of classroom teaching of “ERP application” designed by the contextualization teaching system in higher vocational colleges, this paper probes into the vocational ability training of accounting talents in higher vocational colleges based on the demand characteristics of the enterprises in the ERP environment.
