教育部于2002年组织专家对语文、数学、物理、化学、生物、地理、历史七个学科的教学大纲(试验修订版)进行的修订,是以《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》精神为指导,进一步体现新的课程理念,突出创新精神和实践能力的培养。适当调整了必修和选修内容的比例,增加了课程的选择性和弹性,删除了各学科某些“繁、难、偏、旧”内容,注重减轻学生的课业负担,进一步加强了方法、应用、探究等方面的内容,更加强调与现实生活的联系,强调实际应用,强调与学生经验的联系,实践环节大大增加,注重创新能力的培养。数学教学大纲修订了数学学科的教学目的,突出数学思想方法,注重培养学生数学地提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,发展学生的创新意识、应用意识,提高学生数学探究能力、数学建模能力、数学交流能力,进一步提高学生的数学实践能力。调整和删减了必修课和选修课中的部分内容,适当降低了要求。《全日制普通高级中学教科书·数学》第三册(选修Ⅱ)第一章是“概率与统计”,我们根据《全日制普通高级中学数学教学大纲》(以下简称《大纲》)对本章内容进行了修订。
In 2002, the Ministry of Education organized an amendment to the syllabus (trial revision) of the seven disciplines of Chinese, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, and history based on the spirit of the “Outline for Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial)”. The guidance further reflects the new curriculum concept and highlights the cultivation of innovative spirit and practical ability. Properly adjusted the proportion of compulsory and elective content, increased the selectivity and flexibility of the curriculum, deleted some “complex, difficult, partial, and old” contents of various disciplines, focused on reducing the burden on students’ work, and further strengthened methods and applications. The content of inquiry and other aspects emphasizes the connection with real life, emphasizing practical application, emphasizing the connection with student experience, increasing the number of practical courses, and focusing on the cultivation of innovative abilities. The mathematics teaching syllabus revised the teaching purpose of the mathematics subject, highlighted the mathematical thinking methods, and focused on cultivating students’ ability to ask questions, analyze problems, and solve problems in mathematics, develop students’ sense of innovation, application awareness, and improve students’ mathematical inquiry ability and mathematical modeling. Ability and mathematics exchange ability, further improve students’ mathematics practice ability. Adjustments and deletions were made to some of the required courses and electives, and the requirements were appropriately reduced. The first chapter of “Full-time Ordinary High School Textbooks and Mathematics” Book 3 (Elective II) is “Probability and Statistics”. We conduct the contents of this chapter according to the “General High School Mathematics Syllabus” (hereinafter referred to as the “Outline”). Revised.
