Coping is a process of endeavoring to reduce cognitive and behavioral problems that individuals face when faced with stress [1]. Modern cognitive psychological stress theory that the response is an important mediator between stressors and stress response [2]. The same stressors may result in different responses depending on the individual coping style. Good coping styles can help relieve stress and help individuals solve practical problems, thus helping to maintain mental balance and promote mental health. Poor coping styles will increase
