棚架葡萄下由于长期处于遮荫少光状态,不适宜农作物生长,致使土地闲置。黑木耳属腐生菌,只需散射光即可正常生长发育。而且葡萄架下提供的温度、湿度、通风等条件更接近黑木耳野生的自然环境,优于通常的室内、温棚出耳环境。为此我们在葡萄架下进行了黑木耳高产栽培技术研究。并进行大面积示范取得成功。现将有关技术总结如下:
