OBJECTIVE: To provide a reference for the early diagnosis of chronic non-specific neck discomfort pilots by comparing the EMG characteristics of the neck and neck muscles of chronic non-specific neck discomfort pilots and asymptomatic pilots. Methods: The relaxation state, isometric contraction and surface EMG of 52 chronic nonspecific neck-incompatible pilots and 11 asymptomatic pilots were measured by surface electromyography Fatigue electromyographic indices MFs, MPFs, ZCRs and average EMG AEMG values of bilateral head and neck flexors were measured with statistical software SPSS 18.0. Results: There was no significant difference in MFI, MPFs and ZCRs between nonspecific neck-incompatible pilots and asymptomatic pilots (P> 0.05) Isometric contraction and heterogenous contraction time was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in mean EMG AEMG between the two groups when the neck and neck were in the relaxed state (P> 0.05), but there was a significant difference between the two groups in isometric contraction and heterotrophic contraction (P <0.05) ). CONCLUSIONS: There are significant differences in the myoelectric indexes of head and neck meridians between chronic nonspecific neck discomfort pilots and asymptomatic pilots. Compared with asymptomatic pilots, chronic neck discomfort pilots are more likely to experience fatigue of head and neck muscles, The function of decline. The electromyographic characteristics of the surface of the neck and neck muscles help to diagnose early changes in muscle functional status of pilots with chronic nonspecific neck discomfort.
