本文依据渗碳数学模型及其边界条件,运用Crank-Nicolson有限差分法建立了计算机仿真模型。在输入必要的工艺参数后,计算机便可对渗碳的动态过程进行仿真,即能将被处理工件中的碳浓度分布规律定时地显示于CRT屏幕并打印成曲线。利用本文介绍的仿真法,不仅能方便地研究工艺参数的变化对零件机械性能的影响,而且能显著缩短实验周期,节省资金和人力。
Based on the mathematical model of carburizing and its boundary conditions, a computer simulation model was established by Crank-Nicolson finite difference method. After inputting the necessary process parameters, the computer simulates the dynamic process of carburizing, that is, the regularity of the distribution of carbon concentration in the processed workpiece can be regularly displayed on a CRT screen and printed into a curve. The simulation method introduced in this paper can not only study the influence of the change of process parameters on the mechanical properties of the parts easily, but also shorten the experiment period and save money and manpower.
