本文就直肠膀胱-乙状结肠会阴造瘘术10例进行了分析。排尿功能子术后1～3个月完全恢复,排粪功能多数于术后3～6个月恢复。文内尚对术中应注意事项进行了讨论。
In this paper, rectal bladder - sigmoid colon episiotomy fistula were analyzed in 10 cases. Urinary functions recovered completely 1 to 3 months after operation, most of the defecation functions recovered 3 to 6 months after operation. The article still on the intraoperative considerations should be discussed.
