1992年国家科委发布《科学技术期刊审读办法》以来,各省市科技期刊管理部门开展了审读工作,总结了审读经验,反映了科技期刊现状,提出了存在的问题。各省市所采用的审读办法和步骤基本相同,审读经验与期刊状况各有千秋。现从所提供材料选录部分内容,分期刊出,供交流。
Since the State Science and Technology Commission released the Measures for the Review of Sci-tech Journals in 1992, provincial and municipal sci-tech periodicals management departments conducted a review of the work, summed up their experience in reviewing, reflected the current status of sci-tech periodicals and put forward some existing problems. The methods and procedures for the review adopted by provinces and cities are basically the same, and the reviewing experience and periodicals have their advantages and disadvantages.
