用SRS实体瘤模型对带瘤小鼠产生白细胞介素2(Interleukin 2,IL-2)的能力作了动态观察,发现随着肿瘤的不断增大,宿主淋巴细胞产生IL-2的能力不断下降,淋巴细胞对Con A的增殖反应能力也逐渐下降。进一步研究发现,宿主体内的抑制性巨噬细胞和抑制性淋巴细胞功能增强;后者经鉴定主要是带有Thy1Lyt2表面标志的淋巴细胞。此外,还证实带瘤宿主淋巴细胞表达IL-2受体能力低下。上述抑制细胞功
The SRS solid tumor model was used to observe the ability of tumor-bearing mice to produce Interleukin 2 (IL-2) and found that the ability of host lymphocytes to produce IL-2 decreased with the continuous increase of tumors , Lymphocyte proliferation ability of Con A also gradually decreased. Further studies found that the host inhibitory macrophages and inhibitory lymphocytes function enhanced; the latter identified mainly with Thy1Lyt2 surface markers of lymphocytes.
