９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＩＢＩ与２０１Ｔ１在心肌缺血诊断中具有相似的价值。但是，９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＩＢＩ运动一静息心肌显像明显低估存活心肌的数量和范围；９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＩＢＩ静息心肌显像对存活心肌的估测价值并无改善。９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＩＢＩ／硝酸异山梨酯可提高存活心肌的检出率，是一种很有希望的方法。
99mTc-MIBI and 201T1 have similar values in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia. However, 99mTc-MIBI exercise-resting myocardial imaging significantly underestimated the number and extent of viable myocardium; 99mTc-MIBI resting myocardial imaging did not improve the assessment of viable myocardium. 99mTc-MIBI / isosorbide dinitrate improves the detection rate of viable myocardium and is a promising method.
