毒品犯罪是刑法严厉打击的对象,从对毒品犯罪量刑的角度来看,毒品犯罪量刑在各个地区之间差异比较大。文章主要从刑事政策、经济发展水平和刑事执法理念等三个方面分析了这一问题。
Drug crime is the object of the crackdown on criminal law. From the point of sentencing the drug crime, the penalty of drug crime varies greatly among different regions. The article mainly analyzes this issue from three aspects: criminal policy, level of economic development and the concept of criminal law enforcement.
