“以前我们的出口主要是产品出口,陕西汉德车桥公司将技术出口到印度AMW汽车公司,改变了原有的出口方式,是我国商用汽车走向国际市场方式的重要转变,代表着我国零部件出口的新方向,这是汉德车桥技术出口最大的意义所在。”这是中国汽车工程学会名誉理事长张兴业先生在2007年6月18日,见证了陕西汽车集团有限责任公司董事长张玉浦与印度AMW汽车公司总裁Anirudh Bhuwalka先生共同签署陕西汉德公司车桥技术出口印度AMW汽车公司的技术许可合同之后,接受《商用汽车》杂志记者采访时对该事件给予的评价。
