标杆管理是现代西方发达国家企业管理活动中支持企业不断改进和获得竞争优势的最重要的管理方式之一。标杆管理就是持续不断地将自己的产品、服务以及管理实践活动与最强的竞争对手,或是行业领袖的产品、服务以及管理实践活动对比分析的过程。其实质就是确立先进标杆,向标杆学习,寻找能够产生卓越绩效的最佳实践,实现超越。是一种面向实践、面向过程,以方法为主的管理方式,具有广阔的操作空间和适用性。
Benchmarking is one of the most important management methods in modern enterprise management in western developed countries to support enterprises to continuously improve and gain competitive advantage. Benchmarking is the process of continuously comparing and analyzing your product, service, and management practices with the strongest competitors, or the leaders, products, services, and management practices. Its essence is to establish advanced benchmarking, learn from benchmarking, find best practices that can produce superior performance and achieve transcendence. It is a kind of management mode that is oriented to practice, process-oriented and method-based, and has a wide range of operation space and applicability.
