目的 观察肺通气功能正常的支气管哮喘患者气道炎症对呼吸音的影响。方法 33例肺通气功能正常的缓解期哮喘患者及 15例健康对照组在标准气流下采集呼吸音 ,呼吸音功率谱经快速傅立叶转换 (FFT)。结果 支气管哮喘患者呼气相呼吸音强度 (LSI)明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而其最大功率频率 (PF)、曲线下四等份处频率 (Q2 5、Q50 、Q75)在吸、呼气相均高于正常对照组(P <0 0 5 )。结论 即使支气管哮喘患者肺通气功能正常 ,在标准气流下肺音图仍可反映气道炎症导致的形态改变 ,是一种新的、灵敏的临床检测方法
Objective To observe the effects of airway inflammation on respiratory sounds in asthmatic patients with normal lung ventilation. Methods Thirty-three asthmatic patients with normal pulmonary function and remission of asthma were collected from 15 healthy controls under standard airflow. The breath sounds were analyzed by Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). Results The expiratory tone intensity (LSI) of patients with bronchial asthma was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01), while the maximum power frequency (PF), the quartile frequencies (Q2 5, Q50, Q75) Exhalation and expiratory phase were higher than the normal control group (P <0 05). Conclusions Even if pulmonary function is normal in patients with bronchial asthma, the pulmonary tone may still reflect the morphological changes caused by airway inflammation under standard airflow, which is a new and sensitive clinical detection method
