目前在大多数医院都为病人提供代煎中药服务,这一个性化服务的确能够方便病人,但是同样造成了一种问题的出现,即过多的病人在等待取药,使得医院内部人员流动速率减慢。本文基于此种现状,设想建立一个大型的中药代配代煎物流配送中心,将整个地区的处方药集中起来进行配方和煎煮。这样可以免去医院的仓储上的成本,还可以使病人省去繁琐的煎药过程或在医药的等待时间,同时还能为企业创造出新的业务类型,使得企业的资源能够得到更好的利用。这对于医院、病人、企业来说是一个三赢的局面。
At present, most hospitals provide patients with decoction of traditional Chinese medicine services. This personalized service can indeed facilitate patients. However, the same problem has arisen that too many patients are waiting for medicine to be taken, thus making the rate of flow of personnel within the hospital Slow down. Based on this status quo, this article envisages the establishment of a large-scale Chinese medicine substitution and decoction logistics distribution center, which will concentrate the prescription drugs in the entire region for formulation and decoction. This saves the hospital from the cost of warehousing, but also allows patients to save cumbersome decoction process or medical waiting time, but also for the business to create a new type of business, making the company’s resources can get better use. This is a win-win situation for hospitals, patients and enterprises.
