教学团队建设是本科教育教学质量工程的重要建设内容,它有利于提升高等院校教育教学质量,有利于构建优良师资队伍。实践教学是培养复合型人才必不可少的重要组成部分,也是教学团队建设的有力抓手,因此,应增强实践教学团队建设。在无机及分析化学教学团队建设中,应做到以下几点:打造实践育人平台,形成良好的实践育人氛围;组建实践教学团队,充分发挥团队整体优势;结合人才培养定位,重构实践教学体系;构建开放式实验教学模式,提供良好的研究环境。
The construction of teaching team is an important construction content of the undergraduate education and teaching quality project, which is conducive to improving the quality of education and teaching in colleges and universities, and is conducive to building a good teaching staff.
