当联合梁的钢梁或全钢梁的翼缘和腹板的厚度不足时,可能比整根梁丧失整体稳定和强度会更早地丧失稳定或翘曲,这种现象称为丧失局部稳定。本文即介绍联合平台梁的腹板局部稳定性计算方法。一、受力情况联合梁同全钢梁相比,它有个较大刚度的钢筋混凝土翼缘板(图1),同时联合梁的钢梁截面高度较全钢梁低,在承受集中荷载时,联合梁则通过较厚的钢筋混凝土板及钢梁上翼缘板传递荷载,而全钢梁仅由较薄的上翼缘板传递荷载。因此联合梁的腹板较全钢梁的腹板抵抗翘曲的能力强,且可使腹板高度降低,导致腹板减薄,从而可节约钢材。
When the thickness of the flanges and webs of a combined girder or steel girder is insufficient, stability or warpage may be lost earlier than the entire girder loses overall stability and strength, a phenomenon known as loss of local stability. This paper introduces the calculation method for the partial stability of the web of a joint platform beam. First, the force situation of the joint beam compared with the entire steel beam, it has a relatively large reinforced concrete flange plate (Figure 1), while the joint beam steel beam height is lower than the full steel beam, when subjected to concentrated loads, the joint The beam transmits the load through the thicker reinforced concrete slab and the upper flange plate of the steel beam, while the full steel beam transmits the load only by the thin upper flange plate. Therefore, the web of the joint beam is stronger than the steel web of the full steel beam in resisting warpage, and the height of the web can be reduced, resulting in thinning of the web, thereby saving steel materials.
