目的了解湛江师范学院在校生膳食摄入情况,探讨不同生源的营养素摄入量的差异。方法选取湛江师范学院在校学生626名,采用24h回顾法进行3d膳食调查,依据《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量(DRIs)》标准进行评价。结果城镇生源与农村生源的能量、蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素A、硫胺素、核黄素、维生素E、除磷与铁外的重要矿物质的摄入量,均低于该年龄段的推荐摄入量的比例都在50%以上。城镇生源与农村生源能量摄入量达到RNI水平的分别只有8.8%与5.7%。脂肪摄入量城镇生源大于农村生源,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);维生素C摄入量农村生源高于城镇生源,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。结论湛江师范学院在校生大部分营养素摄入量不足,膳食结构不合理。应大力开展营养知识宣教,鼓励学生养成良好的膳食习惯。
Objective To understand the dietary intake of students in Zhanjiang Teachers College and explore the differences of nutrient intake among different students. Methods Totally 626 students were enrolled in Zhanjiang Normal University. The 3-d diet was investigated by 24h retrospective method and evaluated according to the “Chinese residents’ reference intake of dietary nutrients (DRIs)”. Results The intake of energy, protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin E, important minerals except phosphorus and iron in urban and rural areas were lower than those in urban areas The recommended intake of the proportion of more than 50%. There was only 8.8% and 5.7%, respectively, of RNI levels in urban and rural areas. Fat intake in urban areas was higher than that in rural areas, with a significant difference (P = 0.023). There was a statistically significant difference in the intake of vitamin C between rural students and urban students (P = 0.009). Conclusion Most students in Zhanjiang Normal University have inadequate intake of nutrients and the dietary structure is not reasonable. Nutrition knowledge should be vigorously carried out to encourage students to develop good eating habits.
