我们检验室是一个女同志较多,而且文化素质不高的单位;检验工种较多,分工较细,遍布全厂十几个部门。因为检验产品的工装、样板很少,把好产品质量关主要靠检验人员对技术图纸、工艺文件的掌握程度和正确使用量具来保证。随着生产任务批量的逐渐加大,检验人员素质不高、不适应繁重任务的问题就越发突出地显现出来。因此,提高检验人员综合素质迫在眉睫,刨建学习型班组势在必行。
