本文报道用富含SpA的1800株稳定液吸收肿瘤病人血清,并与正常人和IgG升高性疾病活动性肺结核病人进行了比较。结果表明:IgG下降百分率,正常人、活动性肺结核病人、肿瘤病人治疗前和后依次为45.85、46.57、78.02和68.14;IgM分别为5.09、6.91、39.55和40.27;IgA和IgD变化不显著。提示肿瘤病人血清中IgG和IgM类抗体可被SpA菌体选择性地吸附,该抗体对SpA的亲和力远大于正常人和活动性肺结核病人。我们认为检测该亲SpA类抗体有助于肿瘤疗效判断和随访监测,或可发展为肿瘤筛选的指标之一。
This article reports the sera from cancer patients with 1,800 Stabilizers enriched with SpA, and compared with normal and IgG-elevated active tuberculosis patients. The results showed that the percentages of IgG decreased were 45.85, 46.57, 78.02 and 68.14 before and after treatment for normal people, active pulmonary tuberculosis patients and tumor patients respectively; the IgM were 5.09,6.91,39.55 and 40.27 respectively; the changes of IgA and IgD were not significant. It is suggested that the IgG and IgM antibodies in sera of tumor patients can be selectively adsorbed by SpA bacteria. The affinity of this antibody to SpA is much greater than that of normal and active pulmonary tuberculosis patients. We believe that the detection of the pro-SpA-like antibodies can help determine the tumor response and follow-up monitoring, or can be developed as one of the indicators of tumor screening.
