为研究不同采收期对余甘子果实品质的影响,以“蓝田粉甘”和“六月白”两个余甘子品种果实为试材,测定不同采收期果实单果质量,果形指数,糖,酸,维生素C以及单宁等品质指标的变化,旨在为余甘子果实在采后贮藏加工和保健品开发中的应用提供基础理论数据。结果表明,整个成熟期,果实品质指标发生明显变化,其中11月8日采收用于鲜食或果品加工为宜;10月8日采收,所含维生素C含量最高,此后维生素C含量下降明显,该时期采收的果实最适宜做功能性保健食品开发的原材料。
In order to study the effect of different harvest time on the fruit quality of Phyllanthus emblica L., the fruit quality of two kinds of Emblica cultivars including “Lantian Fengan” and “Junyue Bai” Shape index, sugar, acid, vitamin C and tannin. The aim is to provide basic theoretical data for the application of emblica fruit in postharvest storage and health care product development. The results showed that during the whole ripening period, the fruit quality index changed obviously. Among them, the harvest on November 8 was suitable for the processing of fresh food or fruit; the harvest on October 8, which contained the highest content of vitamin C, and the vitamin C content decreased afterwards Obviously, the fruits harvested during this period are the most suitable raw materials for functional health food development.
