目的 :了解胎盘组织中促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素 (CRH)的表达量与分布 ,获取孕妇外周血中高浓度 CRH来源于胎盘的直接证据。 方法 :采用免疫组织化学 L SAB法显示胎盘组织中 CRH的表达量及其分布。 结果 :早期绒毛合体滋养层细胞 CRH表达量较低 ,呈弱阳性 ;中期引产的胎盘组织合体滋养层细胞 CRH表达量有所增加 ,呈弱阳性至阳性不等 ;晚期胎盘组织合体滋养层细胞 CRH表达量进一步增加 ,均呈强阳性。 结论 :妊娠晚期及分娩时 ,母体血中高浓度的 CRH主要来源于胎盘组织
OBJECTIVE: To understand the expression and distribution of corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) in placental tissue and to obtain direct evidence that placenta is the source of high concentration of CRH in peripheral blood of pregnant women. Methods: The expression and distribution of CRH in placental tissue were detected by immunohistochemical L SAB method. Results: The expression of CRH in syncytiotrophoblasts of early villi was low and weakly positive. The expression of CRH in syncytiotrophoblasts of placenta induced by mid-term abortion increased from weakly positive to positive. CRH of syncytiotrophoblasts in late placenta The expression of a further increase, were strongly positive. Conclusion: In the third trimester of pregnancy and childbirth, the high concentration of CRH in maternal blood mainly comes from placental tissue
