人的不安全行为是产生事故的主要原因之一。国外相关实证研究发现管理安全承诺对安全氛围和事故率等变量有一定影响。深入研究管理安全承诺对安全绩效影响的机制对于提高安全管理有效性具有重要意义。本文通过对来自4家民营制造企业的138名员工的问卷调查结果进行Pearson相关分析和回归分析,结果证明管理安全承诺对安全绩效有重要影响。管理层面临的安全与产量目标的矛盾及管理层对违章行为的态度是影响事故和受伤的最为关键的因素,培育管理安全承诺是提高安全绩效的重要手段。
Human insecurity is one of the major causes of accidents. Relevant empirical studies abroad have found that management safety commitments have some impact on variables such as safety climate and accident rates. It is of great significance to further study the mechanism of managing the impact of safety commitment on safety performance in order to improve the effectiveness of safety management. Through the Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis of the questionnaire survey results of 138 employees from 4 private manufacturing enterprises, the results prove that the management of safety commitment has a significant impact on safety performance. Conflicts between management’s safety and output targets and management’s attitude towards illegal behaviors are the most crucial factors affecting accidents and injuries. Cultivating management and safety commitments is an important measure to improve safety performance.
