目的:观察大黄乙醇提取物与姜黄乙醇提取物伍用对实验性高脂血症小鼠血清中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的影响,探索3种比例伍用降血脂作用的差异。方法:将昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为实验对照组、模型组、大黄姜黄1∶1伍用组、大黄姜黄1∶2伍用组、大黄姜黄2∶1伍用组,5组在同一时间开始分别灌胃生理盐水、脂肪乳剂及3种不同比例的大黄姜黄乙醇提取物混悬液,28天后检测血脂。结果:3组给药组与模型组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),表明3组均有降低血脂作用;大黄姜黄1∶2伍用组降TC效果优于大黄姜黄1∶1伍用组和大黄姜黄2∶1伍用组(P<0.05);大黄姜黄2∶1伍用组降TG效果优于大黄姜黄1∶1伍用组和大黄姜黄1∶2伍用组(P<0.05);3给药组之间对HDL-C的影响差异无统计学意义;大黄姜黄1∶1伍用组降LDL-C效果优于大黄姜黄2∶1伍用组和大黄姜黄1∶2伍用组(P<0.05)。结论:3种比例大黄与姜黄乙醇提取物均能使实验性高脂血症小鼠血脂降低,大黄与姜黄乙醇提取物按1∶2比例伍用的降脂效果优于其它两组。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of ethanol extract of Rhubarb and turmeric ethanol extract on the levels of cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density protein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein Protein cholesterol (LDL-C), to explore the role of three different levels of lipid-lowering effect of blood fat differences. Methods: Kunming male mice were randomly divided into experimental control group, model group, rhubarb turmeric 1: 1 group, rhubarb turmeric 1: 2 group, rhubarb turmeric 2: 1 group, group 5 at the same time The rats were started to gavage with physiological saline, fat emulsion and three different proportions of rhubarb turmeric ethanol suspension respectively, and blood lipid was measured after 28 days. Results: Compared with the model group, the three groups had significant difference (P <0.05), which showed that all the three groups had the effect of reducing blood lipid; the TC of Rhubarb turmeric 1: 2 group was better than that of Rhubarb turmeric 1: 1 group and rhubarb turmeric 2: 1 group (P <0.05); Rhubarb turmeric 2: 1 group with lower TG effect than turmeric rhubarb 1: 1 group and rhubarb turmeric 1: 2 group P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the effect of HDL-C between the three administration groups on LDL-C of Rhubarb turmeric 1: 1 group than that of rhubarb turmeric 2: 1 group and rhubarb turmeric 1 : 2 Wu group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The ethanol extract of rhubarb and turmeric can decrease the blood lipid of mice with experimental hyperlipidemia. The lipid-lowering effect of rhubarb and turmeric ethanol extract at the ratio of 1: 2 is better than the other two groups.
