党的十八届五中全会是我国全面建成小康社会进入决胜阶段召开的一次十分重要的会议,描绘了“十三五”时期我国经济社会发展的宏伟蓝图,是我们一切工作的行动指南。本文在回顾毕节市“十二五”时期社科工作的基础上,就“十三五”时期如何加强和改进毕节市社科工作提出对策思考。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is a very important meeting held during the decisive phase of building a well-off society in an all-round way in our country. It depicts the grand blueprint of China’s economic and social development during the “13th Five-Year Plan” and is the guideline for our actions in all fields . Based on the review of the social sciences work in Bijie City during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, this article puts forward some countermeasures for how to strengthen and improve the social sciences work in Bijie City during the “Thirteen Five-Year Plan” period.
