沈阳冶炼厂在大力实施“下岗分流,减人增效”工作的同时,积极稳妥地做好下岗职工再就业工作。工厂采取再就业与深化企业改革相结合;下岗与转岗相结合;对下岗职工给予政策扶持;党政工青齐抓共管等行之有效的措施,收到了良好的效果。从1997年到1998年末,全厂共分流下岗职工1400名,增加经济效益800多万元,做到了职工分流而不下岗,大部分下岗职工得到了再就业,从而保证了职工
