测定了短碳纤维增强酚酞型聚芳醚砜(PES—C)复合材料的断裂性能(平面应变断裂韧性 K_(1c)及裂纹扩展力 G_(1c))随碳纤维体积分数(0~40 vol.%)的关系。同时采用小岛(Slit Island)方法测定各试样断裂面的分形维数 D_f。G_(1c)的对数值与 D_r 有近似的反变关系。由断裂微观机制解释所得实验结果。
The fracture toughness (K 1c and C 1c) of the short carbon fiber reinforced phenolphthalein poly (arylene ether sulfone) (PES-C) composites were measured with the volume fraction of carbon fiber (0 ~ 40 vol.%) )Relationship. At the same time, the fractal dimension D_f of fracture surface of each sample was measured by Slit Island method. The logarithmic value of G_ (1c) has an approximate inverse relationship with D_r. The results obtained from the microscopic mechanism of fracture are interpreted.
