为探讨用眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)在活体动物研究视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞的形态及机能改变,对16只有色家兔的眼底行染料激光光凝固,再以FFA法及扫描电镜作对比研究,发现凝固斑呈三层同心圆样:中央部为均匀强荧光;中间层轻度荧光素渗漏;外周层由网格状近六角形细胞样低荧光组成。光凝7天、30天后凝固斑范围尤改变,但荧光图像有变化。其结果显示FFA法可在活体上观察研究RPE细胞形态及机能的病理变化。
To investigate the morphological and functional changes of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells in living animals using fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA), dye laser photocoagulation was performed on the fundus of 16 colored rabbits, and then compared with FFA and scanning electron microscopy Study and found that the coagulation spot showed three concentric circles: the central part of the uniform fluorescence; the middle layer of mild fluorescein leakage; peripheral layer by the grid-like hexagonal cell-like low fluorescence. Photocoagulation 7 days, 30 days after the coagulation spot range especially changed, but the fluorescence image has changed. The results showed that FFA method can observe the pathological changes of RPE cell morphology and function in vivo.
