This paper introduces the supersonic plasma spraying system which appeared in the late 1980s, analyzes the mechanism of high enthalpy of stable agglomeration, ultra-high velocity supersonic plasma flame and its effect on the sprayed particles, and compares the effects of supersonic plasma spray and conventional The quality of atmospheric plasma sprayed ceramic coatings indicates that supersonic plasma spraying is a new technique for obtaining high quality ceramic coatings.
