目的研究多平面重建(MPR)及小肠CT仿真内镜(CTVE)对小肠疾病诊断的价值。方法13例小肠疾病患者,通过胃十二指肠插管小肠内充气,行多排CT容积扫描后CT仿真内镜及CT多平面重建并进行回顾性研究分析。结果对小肠占位性病变,VE显示发现率为91%(10/11),其中腔内型肿块诊断率100%(8/8),腔外型肿块诊断率66.7%(2/3);MPR诊断率为82%(9/11)。VE和MPR相结合,能够100%显示小肠占位性病变;小肠炎症性病变2例能被很好地显示。结论CTVE及CTMPR重建对小肠疾病的诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and small intestine CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) in the diagnosis of small bowel disease. Methods Thirteen patients with small bowel disease were enrolled in this study. Gastroduodenal intubation was performed in the small intestine to perform CT virtual endoscopy and multiplanar CT reconstruction. The retrospective study was conducted. Results The VE showed 91% (10/11) of the lesions in the small intestine. The diagnosis rate of endovascular masses was 100% (8/8), and that of extracavitary masses was 66.7% (2/3). MPR diagnosis rate was 82% (9/11). VE and MPR combined to show 100% of small intestinal lesions; inflammatory bowel disease in 2 cases can be well demonstrated. Conclusion Reconstruction of CTVE and CTMPR has important clinical value in the diagnosis of small intestinal diseases.
