目的:联合检测PTEN和ERK2在胃癌发生发展中的表达.方法:用免疫组化S-P法检测胃癌及癌前病变中PTEN和ERK2的表达.结果:在慢性浅表性胃炎、伴肠化萎缩性胃炎、异型增生和胃癌中PTEN的阳性率分别为95%、92.3%、71.4%、46.6%,后两者的阳性率均显著低于前两者(P<0.05),并与胃癌病理学特征密切相关(P<0.05);而ERK2阳性率分别为5%、34.6%、62.9%、82.8%,各组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与胃癌分期、转移密切相关(P<0.05
