1993年江泽民同志在全国统战工作会议上明确指出:“民族宗教无小事。全党都要充分认识民族问题的长期性、复杂性和重要性,高度重视民族工作和宗教工作。”我国是一个多民族多宗教的国家,民族问题和宗教问题处理不好,关系到社会的稳定、国家的统一、边防的巩固和社会的发展。长期以来,党和国家十分重视我国的民族问题和宗教问题,历来都将其放在十分重要的位置。在《邓小平文选》一至三卷中,邓小平同志对宗教工作有过许多重要论述,对我们当前做好宗教工作具有重要的指导意义。同时,邓小平同志在长期的革命实践中,特别是作为我们党第二代领导集体的核心,在领导中国人民进行有中国特色社会主义的建设过程中所发表的许多重要指示,其原则和观点,虽然不全是直接针对民族宗教工作的,但对当前做好宗教工作仍具有重要的指导意义。这一时期中央对民族宗教工作的许多决议、指示,对当前的宗教工作也具有直接的指导意义。下面仅从民族宗教工作的角度,谈一点粗浅的学习体会。

In Volumes 1-3 of “Selected Works of Deng Xiaoping,” Comrade Deng Xiaoping has made many important expositions on religious work and has an important guiding significance for our current good religious work. At the same time, Comrade Deng Xiaoping, in his long-term revolutionary practice, especially as the core of the second-generation leadership collective of our party, has guided many important instructions, principles and views expressed by the Chinese people in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, Although incompletely directed at the work of ethnic religions, it still has an important guiding significance for the current religious work. During this period, many of the central authorities’ resolutions and directives on ethnic and religious work also have direct guiding significance for the current religious work. The following only from the perspective of ethnic and religious work, talk a little superficial learning experience.
