The concept of “momentum” is another issue in swimming theory. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively evaluate the special skills and physical fitness of swimmers. The subjects were healthy swimmers and physical swimmers 15 to 16 years of age. Research methods include the use of an electronic force recorder to determine the swimmer’s stroke. Swimmers paddling action recording devices were first used in these studies. Swimmers perform parallel studies of electronic force measurement when they are free to practice. A swimmer tied the rope to complete the swim and analyzed the following parameters: Strength Traits, Speed - Strength Traits, Strength Stamina, Swimming Technique (based on coordination coefficient calculation). According to the comprehensive evaluation results of these data, the physical quality of swimmers is determined. For the first time, the power and time characteristics of a swimmer’s action at different stages are presented in the form of images and tables. This is a new way to study the external dynamics and fluid dynamics. The study enables one to identify quantitative indicators of “momentum” in a stroke, which is only a theoretical basis in competitive swimming textbooks. In future research, researchers will do more research on more details.
