本文对2~6GHz YIG调谐宽带晶体管振荡器的工作原理和设计方法进行了讨论。采用一种新型的Si MMIC单片作为有源器件,并使用紧凑型磁路结构提供调谐磁场,借助CAD技术获得了研究结果。选用单级振荡电路在1.8~5.7GHz频率范围内达到如下指标:输出功率0.1~3.5mW,非线性度小于0.25%。
This paper discusses the working principle and design method of 2 ~ 6GHz YIG tuned broadband transistor oscillator. A new Si MMIC monolithic device is used as the active device, and a tuning magnetic field is provided using a compact magnetic circuit structure. Research results have been obtained using CAD technology. Use single-stage oscillator circuit in the 1.8 ~ 5.7GHz frequency range to achieve the following indicators: output power of 0.1 ~ 3.5mW, non-linearity less than 0.25%.
