纪念中国建筑学会成立三十周年大会于1983年11月19日至22日在南京举行。出席这次纪念大会的有来自全国各地的五届理事、新推选出的六届理事以及特邀代表共二百余人。这次大会总结了三十年来学会工作的基本经验,提出了学会今后工作的方向和任务,进行了广泛的学术交流,并表彰了一批全国各地多年来热心于学会工作的先进工作者。 开幕式由副理事长、建筑界的老前辈陈植主持并致开幕词,代理事长、城乡建设环境保护部副部长戴念慈作了《中国建筑学会建会三十年的工作报告》,讲了三个问题:(1)三十年的历史回顾;(2)三十年的基本经验;(3)对学会今后工作的建议。副理事长阎子祥作《关于中国建筑学会组织工作的报告》,讲了五个问题:(1)关于学会的性质、任务和“挂靠”问题;(2)关于学会会员和地方学会问题;(3)关于专业学术委员会的调整与充实;(4)关于第六届理事会选举问题;(5)关于今后组织工作的几点建议。
The 30th Anniversary of the Founding of the Chinese Academy of Architects The General Assembly was held in Nanjing from November 19 to November 22, 1983. Attending the commemorative meeting were five members from all over the country, a total of more than 200 newly elected members and invited representatives. This congress summed up the basic experience of learning to work in the past 30 years, put forward the direction and tasks of learning to work in the future, conducted extensive academic exchanges and commended a batch of advanced workers who have devoted themselves to learning to work for many years throughout the country. The opening ceremony was presided over and delivered an opening speech by Vice President Chen Zhi, an old predecessor in the construction industry. On behalf of the acting director and Dai Nianci, vice minister of urban and rural construction and environmental protection department, delivered a speech titled “Report on the Work of China Architecture Society for 30 Years” Three questions: (1) three decades of historical review; (2) three decades of basic experience; and (3) suggestions for future learning. Yan Zixiang, Vice Chairman of the Board, as a “Report on the Organizational Work of the Chinese Architecture Society”, addressed five issues: (1) the nature, mission and “anchoring” of the Institute; (2) the problems of the Institute members and local societies; ) About the adjustment and enrichment of professional academic committees; (4) about the election of the sixth council; and (5) some suggestions on future organizational work.
