为了探讨棘腹蛙消化道各段淀粉酶的活力分布及pH值和温度对淀粉酶活力的影响,试验采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法对其进行了研究。结果表明:棘腹蛙消化道各部位淀粉酶活力由高到低的顺序为回肠>直肠>十二指肠>胃>食道;pH值和温度均显著影响淀粉酶活力,二者与淀粉酶活力的关系曲线均呈单峰型,棘腹蛙胃、十二指肠、回肠和直肠的最适pH值分别为5.6,6.6,7.6,7.6,它们的最适温度均为35℃。
In order to investigate the activity distribution of amylase and the influence of pH value and temperature on the amylase activity in each section of the digestive tract of Spinacia frog, we studied the activity of amylase by 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid colorimetry. The results showed that the order of amylase activity in various parts of the gastrointestinal tract was ileum> rectal> duodenum> stomach> esophagus. The pH and temperature all significantly affected the activity of amylase, The curves of the relationship between the two curves showed a single peak. The optimal pH values of the frog stomach frog, duodenum, ileum and rectum were 5.6, 6.6, 7.6 and 7.6 respectively, and their optimum temperature was 35 ℃.
