建设综合性国际能源公司目标战略已经实施两年,经过深入学习实践科学发展观和应对国际金融危机的洗礼,目标更加清晰,措施更加完善。面对“后危机”时期的机遇和挑战,集团公司党组提出2010年是中国石油转变发展方式之年、重大项目建设之年、基础管理工程建设之年、转变作风抓落实之年。这既规定了全年工作的主线和重点,又对提高执行力抓好落实提出了新的更高要求,是对领导干部思想作风和素质能力的新考验。本刊特别策划“重点关注”栏目,通过全文刊登集团公司党组领导有关讲话,并撷取部分企业领导以转变作风提高执行力的实际行动落实工作会议精神的思路和打算,以期唤起更多领导同志对这个问题的深入思考和探索,推动企业党建思想政治工作在新的一年取得新的业绩。
