高职院校辅导员的自我效能感决定着其自身的工作动力,工作目标以及工作效率,同时也影响着高职院校的辅导员队伍的健康发展以及思想政治教育工作的展开与提高。因此,加强对高职院校辅导员的自我效能感的认识,提升高职院校辅导员的自我效能感,有利于我国当前教育改革的趋势发展。
The sense of self-efficacy of counselors in higher vocational colleges determines their motivation, work goals and work efficiency, as well as affects the healthy development of counselors in higher vocational colleges and the development and improvement of ideological and political education. Therefore, it is of great importance to enhance the self-efficacy of counselors in higher vocational colleges and enhance the self-efficacy of counselors in higher vocational colleges, which is in favor of the current trend of education reform in our country.
