经济社会飞速发展促使人们更加追求时尚与个性,茶叶随市场竞争愈加激烈,逐渐成为人们欢迎的产品。作为企业生存与企业发展的重要基础,人才在茶叶企业发展过程中具有非常重要的作用。茶叶企业需要认识到人才在企业发展中的重要作用,通过有效性、多样性管理措施来逐步加强茶叶企业人力资源管理,充分激发茶叶企业员工潜能,进而为茶叶企业创造出更大的价值,为企业稳定与可持续发展提供保障。本文对茶叶企业人力资源管理存在的问题作了分析,提出了茶叶企业人力资源管理对策,为提升茶叶企业人力资源管理有效性打下良好的基础。
