Objective To evaluate the mental health of undergraduates comprehensively, try to make assessment scale according to DSM-, ICD-10 and CCMD-3. Methods Totally 2645 college students were stratified in 10 different types of colleges and universities, and 116 inpatients with mental disorders were compared. At the same time, MMPI, CPI, EPQ and other tests. Results The test-retest reliability of each subscales was 0.70 on average; the α coefficient was 0.78 on average; the average of half reliability was 0.74. Correlations with various psychometric measures, such as MMPI, CPI, EPQ, provide sufficient evidence of the validity of the combination and the discriminant validity. Exploratory factor analysis The first-order factor analysis of each subscale topic, the total variation explained by the lowest 53% to the highest 72%; second-order factor analysis of the subscale, extracted three factors to explain the total variation 70.18%. Confirmatory factor analysis of the results further confirmed that the scale has a reasonable factor validity. The empirical validity of patients with mental disorders as a control group, compared with the college students group, the results show that the subscales have a good ability to distinguish. Conclusion The rating scale has good reliability and validity and has good potential and value.
