采用盐雾试验及电化学分析研究了不同电解液及厚度下,铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷层的耐蚀性。结果表明,铝合金耐蚀性的提高并不与陶瓷层的厚度增加成正比,10μm厚度要优于5μm及20μm的;不同电解液所制备的陶瓷层耐蚀性也不同,SiO32-溶液制备试样的耐蚀性要优于AlO2-溶液制备试样的耐蚀性。
Salt corrosion test and electrochemical analysis were carried out to study the corrosion resistance of MAO coatings on different electrolyte and thickness. The results show that the improvement of corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy is not proportional to the increase of the thickness of the ceramic layer, the thickness of 10μm is better than that of 5μm and 20μm. The corrosion resistance of the ceramic layer prepared by different electrolytes is different. Corrosion resistance is better than that of AlO2-solution.
