[目的]通过对2003~2009年自贡市生活饮用水卫生应急监测情况调查分析,掌握生活饮用水卫生应急监测规律,探讨生活饮用水卫生应急监测的程序和方法,为突发生活饮用水卫生应急监测提供技术支持,为保护生活饮用水水源提供科学依据。[方法]通过现场流行病学调查获得的数据,对生活饮用水卫生应急监测情况进行描述性统计分析。[结果]2003~2009年自贡市共计进行生活饮用水卫生应急监测34起。其中,按应急监测性质来分,污染投诉类17起;委托污染鉴定类13起;寻找饮用水源类4起。按应急监测的内容来分,微生物类5起;理化类19起;微生物类与理化类10起。按监测水样类型来分,井水20起;自来水10起;水库水4起。按是否造成了人群健康效应的应急监测来分,造成人群健康效应2起;未造成32起。监测样品共计129件,阳性率51.94%。[结论]自然灾害情况下生活饮用水卫生应急监测次数较多。污染类投诉、需要作理化检测的应急监测中井水较多。保护井水资源应该从治理工业“三废”做起。
[Objective] Based on the investigation and analysis of sanitary emergency monitoring of domestic drinking water in Zigong City from 2003 to 2009, the rules of sanitary emergency monitoring of domestic drinking water were grasped, and the procedures and methods of sanitary emergency monitoring of domestic drinking water were explored. Monitoring to provide technical support for the protection of drinking water sources to provide a scientific basis. [Methods] Based on the data obtained from the field epidemiological investigation, the descriptive statistical analysis of sanitary emergency monitoring of domestic drinking water was carried out. [Results] From 2003 to 2009, Zigong City conducted a total of 34 health emergency monitoring of drinking water. Among them, according to the nature of emergency monitoring points, pollution complaints 17; commissioned pollution appraisal class 13; looking for drinking water source 4. According to the content of emergency monitoring, microbes 5; 19 physics and chemistry; 10 microbes and physics and chemistry. According to the type of monitoring water samples, well water 20; 10 water; reservoir water 4. According to whether the health effects of the crowd caused by emergency monitoring points, resulting in population health effects 2; did not cause 32. A total of 129 monitoring samples, the positive rate of 51.94%. [Conclusion] The number of sanitary emergency monitoring of domestic drinking water under natural disasters is high. Pollution complaints, the need for physical and chemical detection of emergency monitoring wells more water. Protection of well water resources should start from the governance of industrial “three wastes ”.
