通过对近年新疆棉花区域试验中棉纤维品质表现优良的几个优质、抗病、早熟棉花新品种(系)的早熟性、丰产性、品质特性等性状进行进一步的比较鉴定,为这些棉花新品种(系)的审定和推广提供科学依据,以满足棉花生产对优质、抗病、早熟棉花品种(系)的需求。1材料和方法 参试品种(系)为29-1、中棉所36、16-1、豫棉 17优系 96-48(改种豫棉 15优系 9911)、豫棉15优系9907,以豫棉15优系9907为对照。试验地土质沙壤、前茬复播玉米、肥力中上等,灌溉方便,春灌(机井水灌)地。4月7日每公顷施尿素300kg+磷酸二铵 300kg做基肥,4月8日犁地,4月11日镇压、耙耱。棉种全部用0.3%敌克松+1.2%乙酰甲铵磷拌种,4月18~20日人工点播,机械覆膜。豫棉17优系96-48田块因烂种严重于4月 30日改种豫棉15优系9911。5月3~4日放苗、定苗、补
