住宅抵押二级市场是住宅抵押贷款债权形成后,转移、流通这些已形成的抵押贷款债权的市场。对我国而言,作为住宅业将成为新的消费热点和经济增长点的现实需要,拓展融资渠道,开辟抵押贷款二级市场是一种必然趋势。本文就是基于这种趋势,而对当今世界发展最为成熟的美国住宅抵押二级市场进行研究,深入探讨它的发展历程、运作内容、方式和特点,并结合我国国情,提出可行的发展战略及相应的具体措施。
Residential mortgage secondary market is the formation of residential mortgage loans after the transfer, circulation of these mortgage loans have been formed in the market. Based on China’s national conditions, it proposes feasible development strategies and corresponding Specific measures.
