军转安置工作政治性、政策性强,涉及军地多个系统和部门,关系不同层级人才的流动配置,组织协调难度大,面临矛盾问题多,必须弘扬团结协作精神,凝聚军地共识,密切相互关系,加强协调协作,才能推动工作取得新突破、实现新发展。整合军地资源,提升培训质量着眼军地两种环境,用好军地两类资源,紧贴地方经济社会发展需要和干部就业需求抓好教育和培训,帮助干部从思想上、心理上和能力上做好转岗发展准备。
