选择性δ阿片受体激动剂[D-Pen~2,D-Pen~5]enkephalin(DPDPE),k阿片受体拮抗剂nor-bindtorphimine(N-BNI)在测试剂量下对小鼠在丫形迷宫中的自主选择能力无明显影响,但均可显著增强吗啡损害小鼠自主选择能力的作用。DPDPE对吗啡的协同作用还可被δ阿片受体拮抗剂ndltrindole(NTI)所拮抗。
Selective delta opioid receptor agonists [D-Pen ~ 2, D-Pen ~ 5] enkephalin (DPDPE), k opioid receptor antagonist nor-bindtorphimine Maze in the ability of independent choice had no significant effect, but can significantly enhance morphine damage mice autonomy ability. The synergistic effect of DPDPE on morphine can also be antagonized by the delta opioid receptor antagonist ndltrindole (NTI).
